March 2011 saw a return visit to Bangladesh to follow up on the training given in Khulna two years ago.
Around 47 teachers attended the three days of training at the Baptist Mission compound in Khulna facilitated by Mr and Mrs R Kestner
Their teaching experience varied from between 6 months and 15 years and the number of previous training opportunities was very limited.
The topics covered were
“The role of the teacher”;
Understanding Learning Styles- Multi sensory teaching and learning”;
“Lesson planning –to include the needs of all learners”
“Identifying students with Special Educational Needs”

To make the children understand I need to explain several times. I think this training will help
