“The Well” training group.
“Developing Effective Teaching and Learning” is a five day training programme organised by Malcolm and Debby of “The Well Education consultancy” with the help of Christine, Ruby and John in collaboration with Hebron School. A selection of teachers from MK schools have attended the courses run in May 2009 and 2011 reflecting on their teaching methods, attempting alternative approaches to teaching, discipline and learning how to cater for the needs of children with Learning Difficulties in their schools.
Seminars are interactive with some time spent observing teachers and students in classes and time taken to develop the teachers skills in improving their school environment.
