The teachers' training in Hebron School, Ootacamund with Malcolm and Debby, Simon and Ruby was entitled " Developing effective teaching and learning".
It was designed to help teachers in MK schools reflect on their teaching methods and try some alternative approaches to teaching, discipline and catering for children with Learning Difficulties.
The seminars were interactive and teachers designed some interesting posters about their schools as well as taking part in role plays to help them understand the needs of learners in their classes.
